What to include in a support email
- The app version and platform: iOS, Android, or website.
- The location or UV page where you saw the issue, without sharing more precise location than needed.
- A screenshot if the forecast, subscription, or reminder state looks wrong.
- Whether you recently changed location permission, notifications, HealthKit, or Health Connect settings.
